Great service! I went to dinner at the bar and I was in a bit of a hurry because I was going to a meeting early in the evening. Fast food and service. Félix very welcoming and superb personality.
Our server Félix introduced us to the slate at St-Hubert. This is the first time we've heard about the choices on the slate and yet not our first visit to a St-Hubert. The waterfowl steak was really delicious! And he suggested a really good Canadian red wine, Osoyoos Larose. We also tasted a Quebec cold, Morbleu. We even wondered if we were at St-Hubert.
