Venu le temps de payer, il me demande combien de pourboire je veux donner sur la machine interac. J'ai répondu que j'allais moi-même le programmer, j'ai trouvé ça très effronté de sa part. Je paie avec la machine, puis lui remets, et il me dit "juste ...(je n'ai pas compris le montant qu'il a dit) de tip?!" j'ai donc demandé "pardon?". Il m'a ensuite répondu "je ne me souviens pas du montant total de la commande, je me demandais combien tu avais laissé de tip". Encore une fois très effronté, je n'en revenais pas! Avoir su, je ne lui aurais pas laissé une seule cenne. J'avoue avoir donné seulement 3$, mais après 1h d'attente et m'avoir fait demandé combien j'allais laisser de tip, je n'avais pas du tout l'envie de lui en laisser plus. Il faudrait peut-être lui rappeler que le pourboire est OPTIONNEL et à la discrétion du client, et que le respect est de mise pour en obtenir davantage. Finalement, venu le temps de manger mon burger, la laitue était tellement dégueulasse que j'ai dû la retirer avant de le manger. Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout ce St-Hubert, plus particulièrement ce livreur dont je ne connais malheureusement pas le nom.

Received my order on delivery.. they literally stuffed everything in the box and everything in the same box too. The food was soggy (forming sticks and fries) I had to put it in the oven. And very small portion of fries. Ridiculous Not great odds. In short, total disappointment for $65

St Hubert Bbq as good as ever. Their chicken is tasty and the service is excellent. There is a very affordable children's menu with table d'hôte options and the dining room is very beautiful. They do delivery and there is even drive-thru service.
