Price and portion size is an utter embarasment.
Food arrives fast but arrives cold.
Recently they started putting the sauce directly in poutines instead of filling cups, and in doing so they also cut the amount of sauce by 3/4. The poutine bowl is also only half-filled every time.
Cutting costs on portion size while also gouging the customer with exorbitant prices is unacceptable.

I can tell you that the service at Saint-Hubert is no longer like before. Plus it's very expensive, I even had chicken brought over when it arrived at my house. The chicken potatoes were all cold. Do you think it's fun to bring that in? The service isn't worth it to me, is it?

Today, December 31, 24, I wanted to order the Holiday Feast for a single person.. and unfortunately this feast was sad.. it looks like someone had started to eat it.. food was missing from the box .. I am extremely disappointed and will not do business with this restaurant again.

I ordered a thigh holiday feast for delivery.
there was no famous fruit ketchup...I called and another 45 minutes to get the famous ketchup.....secondly my piece of pie was upside down and altogether not very appetizing. .....the delivery man couldn't even take my St-Hubert gift card. I don't recommend...sorry

I just ordered a St Hubert wrap at the drive-thru, it took 20 minutes and he asked me to park in the yellow square, that's what I forgot about, I had to back up to find out. realizes what I forgot, next time I stay in front of the window to make sure I'm not forgotten, I won't be able to leave a tip at the take-out counter either, it's over! What a faulty service

We're freezing! I don't understand why it's so cold, I think the front door is very big and there is no air management system or portico.

I wouldn't recommend going back until spring 😅

The service and food were good.

Lack of inventory: no more sparkling wine or ice cream.

Photo on the way out, the portico has wedges so that the doors stay open... people were eating supper with their coats on.

Order for delivery... we asked for delivery by 5:45 p.m. because we have young children... it arrived at 6:20 p.m. so we had to feed the babies because they were too hungry... it arrived cold and both thighs were dry. Disappointing!!
