J'ai eu exactement la même expérience avec le directeur adjoint ce samedi 30 aout 25, aucun souci à plaire au client, à la limite insolent
Très mauvaise expérience à ce restaurant samedi dernier le 23 août. Manque de personnel pour une soirée de fin de semaine, mais je n’étais pas pressé, je pouvais l’accepter. Cependant, lorsque nous avons demandé à parler au gérant, qui était le « directeur adjoint » de la place, pour lui mentionner la piètre qualité du repas qui nous avait servi (ie lasagne italienne sans sauce italienne… )celui-ci a manqué clairement de politesse et de savoir faire avec...read full review
Ambiance extra! Nous avons mangé la fondue au fromage… c’était délicieux! Le restaurant était plein et malgré tout le service a été excellent. Le personnel très accueillant et agréable. Dessert Tiramisu à partager …. Un délice! Une expérience parfaite!!! À refaire!!!

Rafaella Ristorante is a beautiful restaurant in a great location. The atmosphere is lively and touristy, but still pleasant. The welcome and service are good, although some staff members may need more experience. The antipasti is good, and the restaurant offers delicious dishes such as fondue au fromage, Linguini Verdi with extra cheese, and a delightful tiramisu. The outdoor seating area has some issues with uneven paving, but the tables could be adjusted accordingly. The restaurant is willing to accommodate customers, and the staff is kind and efficient.
