A different style of cooking with small portions to share and an open kitchen, very nice to see the cooks. Warm service. Small downside on the cocktail where there was a lot of foam and ice cubes, nice wine list. The cuisine is very good, you can feel the quality on the plates, +++ for the POLENTA FRITTA, a real delight. I recommend!

Amazing restaurant. It's the best pasta I've ever eaten, really. I was quite skeptical, because often people's favorite restaurant is Battuto, but now I can say the same thing while having my opinion of the place. The atmosphere is cozy, zero stress, but also, what's exciting is that the kitchen is open concept right next door and yet we can hear the music really well, which is far from being loud, and we have I don't think it's noisy in the restaurant. Clean toilet right in the basement next to the kitchen prep door. At the beginning, I found that the service was starting to expand, but I immediately understood that the goal was not at all to be served quickly, but rather to be well and quietly served. The waitress was super calm and attentive. Oh and the prices are decent and the portions are reasonable! I will bring my sister for her party, if I can book it 😆 Thank you 🫡

Booked a reservation within 5 min of it opening for the month of October and got in successfully. They take reservations in “seatings” so everyone with an 8:45pm reservation was welcomed at the same time and we all went through each course on the same timeline (likely easier for the kitchen). I didn’t mind this, but it’s certainly best for an experience (which is the intent) vs. having a meal at your own pace.
We enjoyed several dishes, and there was one I wouldn’t order again for the price point. Service was great, atmosphere was good too! It’s perfect to sit at the bar and watch them work their magic.
Favorite dish was their beef tartare, and I usually don’t enjoy that dish. Pastas and pork skewers were good too. Would not get the fried gnocchi again - just not a noteable dish with much substance.

The best restaurant I tried in Quebec. Reservation is open 1 day per month for the following month, so you have to be on the lookout, but it's so worth it. The dishes are fine but with so much taste! The service is very warm, we received very good advice on the wines (which are also excellent). The setting is very intimate, perfect for a romantic evening. I would eat there every day
