One of the best meals we've had in years. Every dish was interesting, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The space is small, and we snagged a reservation right when they opened up a few weeks in advance, knowing this was a must-try spot for our trip to QC. So glad we did. The stand out dishes for us were the tortellini, the char appetizer, the anchovy snack, and the crab lettuce app. Everything was very fairly priced, and the couple of different wines we tried were excellent. The service was a bit frazzled, but they were pleasant and knew the menu intimately. We plan to try to get into their sister restaurant, Melba, today!

This is THE restaurant to try in Quebec!! I have never eaten so well. A small restaurant with a warm atmosphere. It's hearty and the flavors are exquisite. I have nothing negative to say except that it is sometimes difficult to get a reservation (but tip: check regularly if there is a cancellation!)
Twice I try to book... I set an alarm at noon -5 for the opening date of availability, I select my date, I even go to the step of entering my credit card and when I click on the final step: confirm, the site flushes me and I never receive the confirmation. My partner tried it at the same time as me today and it did the same thing to him. A bit boring as a way of doing things I think... if one day we have the chance to go to Battuto, I might have the opportunity to change my opinion!

One of the best restaurants in Quebec City. Getting a reservation is not easy, but the restaurant lives up to its reputation. Relatively affordable prices, for dishes that make you dream. Everything melted in your mouth and was so good: foccacia bread, arancini, the carpaccio, and what about the tiramisu. Very small restaurant. The service was very friendly and professional. Go for it without hesitation!
