I am giving this restaurant 1 star for an extremely frustrating experience. I was charged over $400 more than my actual bill due to an error on their part. The day before we had agreed that I had to go there to finally arrive and I am informed that the owner is not there and I should wait for his call which could go until the next day. The staff was not at all courteous and understanding of this error. Worse still, they didn't even offer me any compensation for this terrible inconvenience. When I asked them for compensation, they informed me that it was not a very serious mistake and they weren't doing anything for free. So in the end, I still had to pay for my meal and had to pay the tips I had left on delivery. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant that charges its customers by mistake and then makes the refund process extremely difficult and frustrating with no consideration for the customer. Avoid at all costs! Above all, watch your bills!
