There was one service person managing the whole, full restaurant. We waited about 30 minutes until we could order our food and another hour until we got it. Our drinks were forgotten and the food delivered cold. The french fries were horrible, just like all the other food.
The onion rings are $9, it's really ridiculous given the size and the quality. For the pizza, it lacks toppings, there's not much in it, disappointing!

Good little restaurant, without too much pretension, if only its superb view of the river. The Italian poutine is delicious, and the pizza was very good. I came in the evening, alone, and I was not disappointed. I've tried a lot of restaurants, except the ones that are too "petty", and believe me: the dinner was very satisfying. The waitress was very friendly too and it didn't take very long. I can believe that some people didn't have the desired experience (maybe more at lunch?) but the restaurant deserves a higher rating than that. There are much worse elsewhere in Quebec with better grades!!
