We had an incredible dining experience. We tried the tasting menu and the food was excellent, with every dish showcasing remarkable flavors and attention to detail. The staff were warm ( especially Matthew ) attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed, the atmosphere was both inviting and beautifully crafted.
One of the highlights of the evening was learning about the chef’s history and philosophy. It added such a personal touch to the meal, giving us a deeper appreciation for the creativity and passion behind each dish.
I’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I dined at Le Clan for a 5-course meal on December 28. The food was beautifully presented and packed with rich, delicious flavors. The creativity in each dish was truly impressive, and the ambience of the restaurant added to the experience—it’s a gorgeous setting.
However, one major issue was the long pauses between courses. We waited 40 minutes between the main course and dessert for an overall dining time of 3 hours which felt excessive. By that point, we were ready to leave and only received our dessert after speaking to the waiter—making it seem as though our table may have been forgotten.
While the food and atmosphere were great, the pacing and portions left something to be desired, especially given the price paid.

Phenomenal. We had the 5 course tasting menu, and it was excellent. Very good wine selection, attentive staff, and appropriate timing between courses. Interestingly, we were seated in a bar area with a tv screening a documentary of the chef obtaining ingredients and developing new recipes. It was fascinating to watch and paired nicely with the meal! Overall, this was a carefully crafted meal with a delightfully curated presentation and environment. Be sure to get a reservation!!!!!

Wow what a dinner! The service is exceptional and the staff are very friendly. We were on the high tables in the bar area, it was an intimate room. The chef's film was very interesting too. We took the 4 course tasting, but it ended up being 7 courses. I had indicated that it was our 15th anniversary as a couple and we had a little surprise. Very nice attention. Good value for money with the food and wine pairing. I recommend.

With a friend, we recently discovered this little restaurant in Old Quebec. In addition to the delicious, sophisticated and well-balanced cuisine (we are always fascinated by the creations of chefs who work hard to put together menus with local products!), we were pleasantly surprised by the level of service at this restaurant. The staff is really very present and attentive to their customers. The dishes are well explained as they appear at our table! To discover!

Wanted to experience a tasting menu and this restaurant offered exactly that. Took the 6 course experience and every plate was very creative and had great flavors. Every dish was well explained, the wine pairing was perfect and service was top.
The only negative part was the time between services. It was rather long and the meal felt like it was being dragged on (3hrs).
