Certainly the most delicious dinner we've ever had! Menu was creative, attractively served, perfectly prepared. The main course of veal was so tender - cut with a fork. Solicitous staff took great care to ensure we were comfortable and happy with every single course. Fantasic! Highly recommend!!

Dinner at Le Clan was one of our highlights during our week in Quebec City. The interior is cosy, and the tastefully decorated room breathes class and calm. Acoustics were good despite the fact that all tables in our room were occupied. The service was that of what you can expect in a gastronomic restaurant; pertinent, personal and with great attention to details.
We went for the 6 course and I chose the wine pairing and my partner went for the mocktail pairing which were both a lovely exploration, original and well-balanced.
The food was exquisite, each dish crafted with such care, with locally sourced ingredients of the highest quality. We love the fact that the chef works with small producers and works with seasonal and super fresh ingredients. Each dish was a piece of art in itself, a candy for the eye and feast on the palate. If you want a gastronomic experience in Quebec you can really go eyes closed here!!
We took a tour of Quebec City and asked for lunch recommendations. Our guide suggested this restaurant with a very affordable lunch menu. We were surprised how amazing the food tasted and at that price tag!!. Everything was seasoned well. We decided to try all 4 desserts. It was a delightful meal between friends. I had a hard time with the music playing crazy fun silly music in a very subdued style because it was hard not to sing along.

- tataki de thon à la salicorne.
- caribou et la sauce dans lequel il baigne.
- omble chevalier nappé de quelque chose.
De plus, les portions sont lillipuciennes.
Note: je suis un habitué de ce genre de restaurant et Le Clan est vraiment décevant.

We had an incredible dining experience. We tried the tasting menu and the food was excellent, with every dish showcasing remarkable flavors and attention to detail. The staff were warm ( especially Matthew ) attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed, the atmosphere was both inviting and beautifully crafted.
One of the highlights of the evening was learning about the chef’s history and philosophy. It added such a personal touch to the meal, giving us a deeper appreciation for the creativity and passion behind each dish.
