Each waiter is a chef and most of the meals are prepared table side with flair! The filet was beautifully prepared. Whiskey shrimp was also delicious! The flavors in each dish were perfectly balanced. A wonderful meal. Some waiters put in a lot of extra effort to modify dishes. One of the best Caesar salads and steaks. This was a fun adventure- classic style with many items cooked at your table. The service was absolutely excellent. They tried the Chateau Briand for two, the sole, and the shrimp. The sole was a little dry but cool table side deboning!
