J'y allais il y a 30 ans et je confirme que la qualité des plats et du service sont toujours au rendez-vous! Ce fut une magnifique soirée d'anniversaire pour mon conjoint.

As classic as it can get, in a good way. Everything was outstanding. Came in early January, cold outside and a bit fresh inside, dress warm.

Fantastic, the staff are amazing, very classy even if you are not in a tux! Great food well prepared and presented.

I made a reservation to eat here as, honestly, there weren't many reservations left the weekend before Christmas and I managed to grab this one. Absolutely outstanding. It felt very old school, but in a good way! They opened the door to my Uber, which was so unexpected, and we were greeted at the door by the maitre d', as well as 3 or 4 waitstaff. Someone offered to take our coats and then we were seated. They will cook some of their offerings tableside. A proposal took place while we were there and was announced by the maitre d' after she accepted, with the whole restaurant celebrating the engagement. Everyone was super attentive and great at clearing the table or refilling waters without being disruptive. Our food was, I'm told, outstanding. Unfortunately, I had a cold and couldn't taste anything. Ugh, so frustrating. But my steak was tender and my family said everything (including my meal) was delicious! I would love to go back and order the same thing and actually taste it this time!!!

We had an early dinner here and what a memorable experience. Service was perfect, attentive, efficient and friendly. The carpaccio was excellent. The filet cooked at the table was perfect and seasoning one of the best ever. My wife's sole de dourve was the best she's had and orders it anywhere they serve it. Le Continental is a treasure and one we will always visit when in Quebec City.

We were treated like royalty! The staff were amazing; attentive but gave some time in between courses to enjoy ! Our seating was at front window . It made ringing in the year a true celebration as one of our best ever! They worked diligently over fire to cook every meal and coordinating sauce perfect! Cooked right at the tables - the shrimp was delicious - best I've ever eaten. The maple crepe was to write about ; tender & maplelicious ! It was a WOW experience!

Great service, the food was good, everything arrived on time, my husband had a filet mignon and said it tasted amazing, as I eat no meat, my waiter offered me a vegetarian dish that was not on the menu, our waiter was so fun and patient with us.

Such a great old school experience, and the food is fantastic. The staff are extraordinary table side chef's and definitely visit Le Continental anytime in Quebec City for a classic French dinner.

Exceptional and extensive menu with a presentation like no other. Meat, fish, duck, shrimp etc..Tasty! What a wonderful and special treat to happen upon this place. Our server Alberto, our table-side Chef who possessed an incredible sense of historical information and humor! Flambé anyone?
