Certainly one of the best restaurants we have ever been to in our lives! The staff and service is unreal, treating their guests like royalty. We were so grateful to have Brian, one of the most talented individuals we’ve ever met, who took care of us every second of our experience. From preparing our hors d’oeuvres and searing our steaks at the table to making alcohol coffee with a glass lit ablaze, his passion, virtuosity, and mannerisms made our experience beyond memorable. The absolute BEST place to visit in Quebec City — right down the street from the Chateau Frontenac.

We had a good time. My favorite was the Caesar salad! It was absolutely delicious. The homemade dressing was amazing. Our table also had the salmon, lobster tail and veal tenderloins. They were good. The next best thing was the crème brûlée. The crepes Suzette were a bit too orange flavored for me. Overall, a nice dining experience.

Super nice atmosphere and our server was genuine. This restaurant makes accomodations for food restrictions. The price is a littleeee bit high for what you get. But, they definitely make up for that with the tableside cooking.

Dennis was amazing. My wife likes her steak medium rare while I prefer well done and we watched Dennis prepare at table with flambé final touch. She was concerned that steak would be too done however both of our steaks were perfect. Great experience and great food. Amazing!!

We had the duck Flambé it was so delicious! Really interesting experience! Would definitely recommend and plan on returning on further trips to Quebec City! The staff was very friendly and our water glassware never empty, very prompt, professional service!

My partner had the Filet Mignon cooked at the tableside and said it was the best she'd ever had: tender, tasty, and moist. I had the Dover Sole which was also cooked tableside and was bland and overcooked, which was very disappointing. For dessert, we had Crêpes Suzette made at the tableside. It far surpassed any version of the dish we'd had before and the flaming of the Grand Marnier was done with great panache. I realise Quebec is generally an expensive city, but this restaurant is very expensive by Quebec standards - $650 USD for 4 people.
