Our dining experience was exceptional, thanks to the beautiful ambiance and Lyne's outstanding service. We savored a full-course meal and a delicious vegetarian option, made even more special by the fact that the vegetables were sourced from their garden. Highly recommended 10/10

Amazing lunch experience to pair with entry to the Quebec Parliament; a dining experience that definitely comes across as having old world charm and professionalism. Table service is efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Between four of us we were able to taste a good sampling of the entire menu and we were all pleased with everything we ordered. Vegetables and herbs for the dishes are grown in a garden in front of the parliament building!

We ate here while on holiday from England. The food was absolutely amazing and incredible value for fine dining. My wife had the Discovery set menu which was only $52 for three courses and lobster for mains!!!!! I had Guinea Fowl in an exquisite mushroom sauce. A must visit for tourists and residents alike.

Where else in the world can you dine inside the seat of power?

Class and classic all rolled into one.

You get to walk the halls of politics before dining literally in the heart of the building.

Food is both tasty and well prepared, the staff friendly and very accommodating.

The wine pairings are local and delicious.

The dining room is opulence personified.

Totally worth a visit, but a word of warning, because it is the operating parliment you'll have to check in and bring photo id to get through airport style security, but fear not the staff and police are professional and efficient so there will be no drama getting in but there are a few extra steps compared to booking a normal restaurant.

We heard about this from our tour guide and we’re so glad we went back for lunch. It was excellent!

We discovered this gem along with the other parliament tours of the library and legislative halls.

The dining room is reminiscent of Greek architecture while being incredibly upscale. Having been to my fair share of corporate banquets around Europe, this experience exceeds those.

We paid $50 for a 3-course tasting menu that would be priced at $80+ in any other restaurant. But combined with the atmosphere of being in a historic building that is still active and relevant today, the meal is presented with gravitas.

This is unmissable for anyone visiting quebec city for the first time. I might come here every time I visit!

In a setting worthy of its name, you will be welcomed and pampered from your arrival until your departure. Delicious dishes prepared with Quebec products will surprise and delight you, not to mention the gracious and impeccable service from a beautiful, pleasant and dedicated team. Wonderful ! Probably the most confidential gastronomic treasure in Quebec. A superb room, very professional staff.
In the Parliament, but open to all at lunchtime. I booked the day before for the next day. Exceptional value for money: menu at 54 CAD, whole lobster at 47 CAD ?…

Very good service! I loved the place, it’s really beautiful! The dishes are very good, I recommend the discovery menu, it’s very good! We were well received by the butler and Annette who was at our service made us very welcome, a very kind, calm and very professional lady.

While being in Quebec we were eating in some very upscale restaurants. The food here was better. Very nice and pleasant experience.

Kid-friendliness: They provide high chairs, booster chairs and pencils to draw. The food selection is also kid friendly.

What a desappointment ! The enchanting setting of the restaurant was not enough to make us forget a disappointing dinner: poor service, overcooked and dry fish and burnt-tasting coffee. The price was not worth it!!!
