Un petit resto très sympathique dans un endroit insoupçonné, un menu élaboré et de grande qualité, un service attentionné et personnalisé par le propriétaire lui-même. Une belle découverte.
A true hidden gem of Quebec City, the L'Ostrea restaurant has everything to surprise you. Very small, intimate place, the chef and his server who welcome you to a high-end culinary experience. Small room, around 10 tables, large parking lot, located in a small neighborhood shopping center. Very very very good French menu, menu mainly focused on fish and seafood.
I recommend the soufflé, the crab cakes, and the fish in batter.

We had a great time, home cooking, and I am a French girl who loves to eat and who appreciates good restaurants. I was delighted.
