The food was honestly pretentious and was quite bland. I only enjoyed a handful of dishes, mostly the desserts. Service was quite slow, but the ambiance and servers was great. Not worth the price at all.

Quebec is absolutely filled with stellar eating experiences and Melba is at the top tier of restaurants here. Every dish was so exciting and delicious. Sauces were flavourful and unique. Would highly recommend Melba if you are looking for a fine dining experience in Quebec.
Michelin needs to add one more criteria before deciding; atmosphere! Food was excellent but chef might be a little more generous with entrée portions; form follows function and though beautifully presented less filling. Most important the noise level was deafening!
