Excellent dining experience. I loved everything and we order almost everything in the menu. I wish I had reviewed it sooner so I could recall the name of the dishes. We are definitely going back when we go back to Quebec City.
I honestly don’t understand how this restaurant doesn’t have a Michelin star yet. It’s truly the best in town. Every dollar spent feels worth it, the flavours literally give you chills. It’s a one-of-a-kind place that stays with you long after you leave. Every time I go, I discover new flavours. Absolutely incredible. A big applause to the entire team!
Melba greets you with a warm chic interior, and friendly service. Every dish we had was innovative and mouth-watering, and showcases an excellent fusion of local ingredients and Québec-French bistro cuisine.
