Beginner service, we receive starters to share and no plates...The return of the waitress is also very slow. Tipping should be abolished in Normandin. It looks like a cafeteria...

In the dining room good service but in delivery...no pizzas the dough dry hard like cartons very spicy sauce and can of pepperoni....error ordering mix in the kitchen $45.09 tip included for a big disappointment

Really terrible service Tuesday February 4, 2025, we entered and were seated, only to wait 25 minutes before someone came to see us. We had to order water because no one brought us any. We waited another 20 minutes for our water, it was so long that we had to get up to ask the hostess at reception for water... The hostess in question did absolutely nothing all evening apart from chatting with the cooks.

We ordered starters only and they took 45 minutes to arrive, which makes no sense to be honest. All of this would have been less bad if the quality of the food had been acceptable... Plain chicken wings and we can't have any sauce on the side besides sour cream? And the salads were half-soft and wet, in bowls too small to be able to toss them.

When we wanted to get the bill, we had to raise our hands and signal to the waitress, who told us "it won't be long", to go and chat with the hostess at the front instead of coming to see us. We waited 20 minutes to get it.

Total of 1h30 there for 3 not good starters, I recommend it to absolutely no one, with a waitress who seemed at the end of her life, judging by her attitude.

Ps. I don't want to speak for the others, but a lady at another table ordered a 7up twice, only to be served a glass of water the first time and a 7up flat the second. The service seemed equally lousy to every other customer in the restaurant and every customer who left was angry. The lady at the table next to us left after 20 minutes because no one had come to see her...

Visiting from Montreal. Ordered delivery. Took almost an hour and a half. Pizza was ok but the nachos we ordered were made from crumbs and small broken pieces under the top layer. Pretty sad. Not impressed. Should of ordered elsewhere.

Very disappointed. The soup was lukewarm, the chicken fingers fried in dirty oil that ran brown all over the plate, the chicken on the club sandwich was ice cold, and food did not arrive together. My son felt sick after one bite of the dirty-fried chicken and ate nothing else. We were discounted 10% for our trouble.

I always call to have a poutine prepared that I pick up to bring home. I ask for the sauce on the side, but 1 out of 2 times, the sauce is on the poutine.... And when I arrive, each time, I wait several minutes at the counter without any employee greeting me or me. say at least “one moment”. No, employees walk past looking at the floor. I saw an employee go to take a bite of food even though she walked past me 3 times without welcoming me... The problem is not waiting, it's normal. But no customer contact, no eye contact. I just feel like I'm bothering

I understand that this can happen from time to time, but it's almost always like this...

I've been at the restaurant since 12:15 p.m. They only came to take the order 30 minutes later and we've been waiting for another 30 minutes! Rotten service!

Uncooked chicken, no sauce in the salad, 2 hours total to eat a pokebool and etc. Ugh, I'll never go back there again....

Le serveur qu'on a eu était une perle, très gentil, très serviable, chaleureux, un homme grand et svelte proche de la 60taine. 5 étoiles pour lui mais le reste...
