Waited inside the restaurant for 10 minutes before a waitress came to get me a spot, there was no queue and many open places. Once i finally sat down it took them another 25 minutes to ask me for my order. Not to mention, there were multiple waitresses sitting around and talking while people were waiting to get their food and orders taken. When the food finally came, another 20 minutes later, it was cold and barely seasoned. On top of that, it was extremely expensive for the portion sizes. Worst experience in a restaurant in my life, do NOT recommend.

Waiter wouldn’t serve us because we had too big of a group. No customer service they just kicked us out in the pouring rain. He said there were no spots but I saw multiple open and free.

It was cold enough that we could see the thick pile of margarine on our toast. It hadn't even melted. 😬

The worst Norman I have ever seen I left one star because I didn't have the chance to eat we stayed stuck in the entrance hall the restaurant was empty only 2 customers and the two employees at the At the reception we didn't say hello or even assign a table. We remained patient but after 20 minutes we understood that he was making fun of us. Miserable service! I'll never set foot there again, it's sad

Went on black Friday evening. Took... the manager probably? To get someone to seat us. And that after someone shouted in the kitchen that we arrived... no one came before his intervention. The place wasn't busy. They had to clean a table to let us seat... all bar room's table were uncleaned. And remained uncleaned all our stay there. Asked for water 3 to 4 times to get a refill. While waiting for our plate the server came back and realized we were still waiting after... at least 35 minutes. And didn't came back with our plate and asked water until we raised to leave. She panicked and told us our plate were ready. Took 10 minutes after it to have them. Took way to long to serve us our plates. And sorry they were probably on the hot serving hatch for a while, the sauce was caked. We won't go back.

Good atmosphere and service. Ideal places for celebrations with family or with friends or colleagues. We had a great time there for a family birthday party. The service was so nice. 🥰

Was disappointed in this restaurant. The service was really slow it took forever for the servers to take are orders and they didn't come back to see if we wanted anything else very often. The food was decent quality but just not worth the length of time it took so arrive. In fairness there was a Christmas party taking place on the other side of the restaurant so the bar side was under staffed with times there being no one in the bar side.

First time at this place for lunch, everything was very good however, 2 lunches out of the 3 were cold, lukewarm sausages, cold eggs....too bad!

The food is really good for the price, we ate there twice this trip and both times the food was great. The beer was the only thing that was not the best, but it was drinkable and in no way spoiled the experience. The pizzas were tasty and well cooked and the service was great, what more could you ask for

A little snag! A little bit of bleach in your sinks and around the faucet in your bathroom (with a small brush) would be welcome (it's just not very pretty to look at. 😁
