My waitress, Nathalie, was impeccably professional, fast, charming and smiling. She was able to cope wonderfully with our English-speaking colleagues and although there were a large number of us, she was able to manage under pressure.

On Delivery: Meals of poor quality and insufficient quantity. The Poké at General Tao was particularly bad: dry rice, cold and bland... Very disappointed.

Food often arrives cold and dry, as if it had been prepared in advance and reheated. For example, recently I had the Bob smash burger. The bread was dried out and hard, the meatballs were cold, and the melted cheese was dried and hardened in the burger. The only thing that "warmed" this one was the onion jam that had been reheated. However, the service is always courteous and pleasant.
The quality of the cuisine needs to be reviewed.
