We recently visited Normandin for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We had heard good things and wanted to try it out, and it did not disappoint!

We started with a kids’ meal and a cheese pizza. The cheese pizza was absolutely delicious — perfectly baked with just the right amount of flavor that even the adults enjoyed stealing bites. For dessert, we ordered the chocolate brownie, and honestly, it was out of this world. Rich, warm, and decadent — it’s a must-try if you visit!

We also ordered ribs and spaghetti with bolognese. The ribs were tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, while the bolognese was hearty and comforting, just like a homemade classic. Every dish we tried was prepared with care and tasted amazing.

On top of the food, the ambience of the restaurant was welcoming and family-friendly, which made it perfect for us. The service was attentive without being rushed, and we felt very comfortable throughout the meal.

Overall, Normandin made a fantastic impression on us. From the quality of the food to the warm atmosphere, it was an experience worth repeating. If you’re in the area and looking for a great spot to enjoy with family or friends, I highly recommend giving Normandin a visit!

Super bad experience today, I went with my family on Sunday and there was just only one waitress, she was disrespectful with us and she was attending other tables, we have to wait for a super long time, despite that we make the complain she was so angry with us

Refuses to serve the menu to 5 children because he lacks a waiter and refuses to give us the menu, the waitress had made her own menu and decides the prices herself Very big fraud

No vegan option other than the burger by removing cheese and mayonnaise and I think the mayonnaise was still there even though I asked without it. The person who brought our plates to our table seemed impatient. Good service in general despite the errors

Three workers went to this restaurant for lunch. The service was impeccable and the food was good too. Clean and highly recommendable place. I will return without hesitation

Decent atmosphere. But, empty plate, and little standardization on the menu, which should be a reference! No? The meats on our plates were really overcooked and tough. Very Ridiculous anecdote, the double meatballs of a hamburger at our table, were one next to the other in the shape of an oval falafel on the bun, and not superimposed like all the burgers for decades!. In short, let's be serious, there is no cook in this Normandin kitchen. It's kitchen assistants who arrange the food already made, in the Aliment Maison industrial kitchen in Neuchâtel. Their kitchen assistants don't even know how to make a very, very simple hamburger on a hot plate. The fries were cold, soggy and had been made for too long. I know it's a Normandy, and not La cuisine du Champlain!!! But, making fresh and crispy fries, with a Hamburger having round and flat patties, to facilitate the arrangement of the condiments is very simple for a real cook outside of busy hours, such as 11:00 p.m. on a Friday evening! Do they hire anyone at or near minimum wage? Hum! Certainly!

I like it occasionally. I always eat pizza guetti. I like that we can choose the pizza we want.

Flee Normandin. It's an absolute disaster.

If you like throwing your money away and wasting your time, go for it. Otherwise, hear me out: avoid this place like the plague.

My order? A poutine and a burger plate.
What do I get after more than an hour of waiting? A spaghetti. Yes, spaghetti, as if I had asked for a surprise in a mystery menu.

I'm calling to report the error. Their answer? “There’s nothing I can do.” Pardon? So I should swallow their mistake (and their disgusting spaghetti) in stride? Such pitiful management is almost laughable... if it weren't so insulting.

I push a little, because believe it or not, I would like to eat what I ordered and paid for. After an absurd discussion, the employee finally realizes that my order was there, in front of him the whole time. It hadn't even been sent with the delivery person, who, by the way, was professional, respectful and arguably more competent than all the staff at this chain combined.

Fortunately, they returned quickly – less than 20 minutes. But the result? It's lukewarm. Disgusting. A real waste. Even delivered quickly, their food is an insult to good taste.

Normandin is a shame. This chain should either close down or get rid of its brainless employees and hire people who can handle a simple order. But given the quality of their food, it would be a waste of effort for nothing.

Simple advice: order elsewhere. Anywhere else. Even a low-end sandwich would be a better option.
