Wow! Medium poutine is only 8 inches in diameter and cost 22$ never ordering from them ever again! What a rip off. I understand that inflation is a thing but this is terrible.

This is our go to restaurant for supper when we come to visit my reserve in Wendake. It's a nice family restaurant with a comfortable atmosphere. Sophie is an excellent server with attention to detail and always ensuring total satisfaction. The pizza is super good, so is the general tao bowl, the 3 piece fried chicken and ceasar salad.

Can't wait to come back! Love this place and the friendly staff!

Great service, we were about 20 ppl. Large reservation but the service was Amazing. Our server was easy and great mood. She was great with us all.

Food ok since you have to take table d'hôte it's expensive for the plate, and we went month November 24 we were 20, music group Ouffff po terrible, but nice place to party 😉

My daughter ordered a lemonade, it was orange juice with grenadine. The salad for the price of the poké bowl was a bad investment even if it was good. No choice of mocktail and it really needs to be reworked as a cocktail menu for sure. My daughter had a pizza but wanted a pizzaghetti... I went with family, for all many occasions in my life and seriously, it saddens me that the banner is losing its feathers. Price I would say too expensive for what we got. Very disappointed that there is no more “the” carrot cake… so what happened to this company?

Last time I go to Normandin. It's a steal to pay $17.35 for a 9-inch pizza that is thin with a crust that crumbles because it's so dry. And what about the side fries at $4.95... the dish is made at an angle which suggests that the portion is normal but that is not the case. For $5.99 you get a 10 lbs of potatoes at the grocery store. I was with my partner and it cost us $75 with tip. Nice gang of thieves... By the way, don't tell me that you're sorry and that I have to call you or write to another email because it's over Normandin...

New notice 2024/10:
Bar side: service ok but nothing more. The meal, 3 fillets with leftover fries. The waitress had the fries redone but still in new ones. I didn't go any further in my dissatisfaction (the waitress was happy to bring them back to me...) The fillets, if you can call it fillet, were as small as a little finger. All 3. But the bbq sauce is good 🤷‍♀️

2022: Order arrived in a little over 1 hour. Cold pizza with lots of big dough/air bubbles. Sté when you pay a lot for a pizza and 1/3 of the topping is missing. The frete and dry cheese sticks.... Very disappointed with the quality. Getting worse and worse

For some time now I have been boycotting Normandin. A few months ago I ordered a pizza 4 for delivery around 4:30 p.m. After about 2 hours I called back to find out where my order was. I spoke to the manager who is doing a very bad job by the way. it was very complicated I was supposed to have absolutely nothing credit and in addition my order arrived at 9 p.m. I gave them another chance by ordering the same thing it took almost 2 hours order not correct and their credit was in fine lines and still the 'incompetence of the manager very disappointed he could have offered me a free pizza 4 I ordered at least once a week and for several years really very disappointed they lost several customers for that
