Superb evening on October 26, 2024. We were served by Danielle! She made the difference this evening. After several visits I can say with certainty that this one was the best! Thank you to this exceptional waitress who truly deserves all our admiration!

I went there for dinner on Friday the 16th and it was VERY ordinary. I've told myself several times that this is the last time I'll go there and now it's definitive that I won't go back there again.
I take the meal pizza topped with fries and ask if it is possible to have the veggie pizza (which is cheaper) instead of topped and I am told that it is not possible. Is this a prank?
This means that their mini topped pizzas are certainly made in advance and that explains very well the plate I received, a pizza as thin as a sheet of paper, even the crust had not risen and was ultra thin. Everyone sitting at the table couldn't believe it. Plus, a small handful of fries. I wonder if I had 20 fries on the seemingly empty plate, and the price is a real joke. I understand why the restaurant was almost empty.
The only positive point was that the waitress was good.
Normandin barred for life, there are limits to lowering quality while raising prices.

We arrived 4 adults and 5 children without reservation. We are aware that it is really not ideal on a Saturday lunchtime however, the meal took more than an hour and a half to arrive, an entry was forgotten, errors in the meals were made, cold food and in a small portion as well as one of us who received her meal after all the rest of the table had finished eating....we told the waitress but we understand that she has to cope to multiple complaints without having to endorse the whole thing..... Ultimately, we will not come back to it again.

Worst service in a restaurant for me, more than 2 hours.
First of all it took more than 15 minutes for someone to come and take my order, another 40 minutes to receive the meal which is a very small portion compared to all the times I have eaten in a Normandin in wait another 30 minutes to get the bill. There were around ten customers in the restaurant and from what I saw it was the same thing for the other customers.
In addition, the waitress forced me to tip her even though it is not obligatory and the service I received was not at all appropriate.

Sur livraison, la salade du chef était passée date de 5 jours. Les tranches de concombres étaient visqueuses et les feuilles de salade du dessous molles. Autre menu, les morceaux de poulet de la salade thaïlandaise étaient froids. Ils méritent leur pourboire avec une telle cuisine? Des amateurs en cuisine! Par contre, le livreur impeccable! C’était leur dernière chance de me servir.

Bad experience in our case, the waitress really didn't seem like she wanted to be there, we really had the impression of getting on the nerves... Very ordinary food. No conviviality, we just couldn't wait to leave. For the price I am very disappointed.

Yesterday I ordered and paid for a medium pepperoni pizza and a chicken breast meal.

Arriving home, what a disappointment: I had a leg meal. Watch out for the kitchens next time! However, you were not overwhelmed at 7:15 p.m.
