Nice place but definately mid. Cross contamination from the bread bar, watching people lick their fingers and use the tongs makes me not want to return. Had the lasagne gradiosa.. was and interesting interpretation on a lasagne but nothing special. Our server was good and the atmosphere is nice.

We enjoyed our experience somewhat. We had reserved online but were not aware that we had to mention we wanted a banquet table. When we were brought to our table it was in the middle of the alley. We asked if we could be changed as everyone was walking around our table. We were told that there was nothing to be done. We saw our waiter when he took our order and when we had to flag him down to get our bill. He was busy with a large group of people in a reserved and his other tables. Not his fault. I believe that Pacini should have more staff on hand so that we don't feel like we were left alone.

The food was good but nothing spectacular. The atmosphere was loud but that may have been due to the placement of our table.

It wasn't breathtaking by any means, but the food was delicious. Wife and I had the "festin pour deux" and the meat was delicious, and the fries with onions was also too good. The only thing that beat the food was the exceptional service. We had reserved a room yesterday night and the staff there for us were all very professional and attentive to our needs.

Kid-friendliness: There were lots of kids and it wasn't an issue.

The waiter spoke badly to us after paying, because we had "only" tipped $10 even though we are just two students who don't have a huge income either, we just wanted to have fun. Felt very uncomfortable.

Thursday December 26, 2024: located in the complex. It's not Pacini's fault but change concierge because there are two toilets for the entire complex. One out of order and the other dirty with no paper available (hand paper and toilet paper), Even the employees of the Morgana café told me that they have no way of notifying the said concierge.. ..

Suffers from lack of staff by not having a cook worthy of the name. At the bar, several drinks identical in name, but not in taste, not to mention the poor waitress who was on her first figure alone with 2 groups, who received our comments. Yes, we were putting ourselves in his shoes, but the information had to get out. Unfortunately, very bad experience for the 16 members of the group. Yes, we had reservations
