We went there for lunch. The dishes are hearty and delicious and the bread bar is a must for the children (and us too). We really enjoyed making our toast on the grill and the service was excellent!

The waitress never came to check on us, so I couldn't order wine with my meal, or get pepper and parmesan. When I mentioned this to her, she said it was because they didn't expect it to be this busy that evening.

An excellent restaurant for food, nothing to say.

The service was easily the worst I've had in my life unfortunately. Our waitress didn't come to see us for 10 minutes and I asked to know where the bread bar was with a stupid response. (It was my first time at Pacini) Later a little before we got our meals we had run out of water, we signaled to our waitress and it took her 15 minutes before she came to see us. At the same time the food arrived and we asked for water and she didn't bring water during our meal. So without water for a good 30 minutes in a restaurant is unacceptable, especially during the meal. After the meal she didn't come with the dessert menu and took a total of another 30 minutes to receive the bill without luck for dessert. Really disappointed with the service but again great food and atmosphere!
