I have been a loyal customer of PatatePlus in Val-Bélair for over 20 years, but unfortunately the quality has declined enormously in recent years. French fries are often undercooked, burger buns are frayed and sometimes burnt, French onions are soft and dripping with oil, and meat patties are now of poor quality. It's really disappointing to see what was once a great place lose so much quality. Unfortunately this was my last order. In the future, I will turn to La Cuisine Boulet, where the quality of the dishes is always a priority.

The standards have REALLY gone down. Used to be great but now just really sucks! Almost 80$ for two adults and a kid but isn’t worth 20$. All there is on the pizza is cheese and lacks all the other ingredients. Arrived lukewarm. Really disappointed. Never ordering from them again. Furthermore, they aren’t taking orders from the phone anymore and force you to order on the web. Don’t go there!

One hour wait for delivery, error in the order. I politely call to request a replacement. I wait another 1 hour and still not my order.
It’s $45 minimum to order lol! I live in military shacks, I won't order a hot dog for $45..

Exorbitant price. No delivery during dinner hours. New owner is working to get as much cash as possible in order to offer the best service. Really made a restaurant trash. Well done for killing the best restaurant in Val Bélair

Always been a big fan of potato plus but since purchasing from the new owner. They have removed all the best items on the menu and we can no longer order over the phone.. it's valuable....
