We tried there for the first time and what we got as a so called "pizza" was a chunky , hard to chew dough with a smelly chicken and a tasteless cheap cheese on it as the topping ! The service person wasn't not looking at us like we didn't exist ! We'll never go back there .

I ordered 7 minutes before closing and there was no problem the lady on the phone was very courteous and explained the pizza and their menu well (it was the first time I ordered) my pizza arrived after 45 minutes (within the time frame she told me) by a smiling delivery man.To my great surprise (despite the cold temperature my pizza was very hot, even almost burning, the edges cut well! The sauce is good, the cheese is very thick, the crust is well stocked and succulent, as far as the ingredients are concerned, they are of good quality and well supplied.I ordered a large 14" filled for $29.38 (taxes-in) which is very acceptable considering the quality.My new favorite Pizzeria in the area, I will definitely recommend it without hesitation.EDIT: I'm removing 2 stars, less stock on pizza/higher prices since covid. Loss of quality.

If I could rate this restaurant a zero star, I would have. I have never had such poor customer service in my entire life. It started with the person on the phone refusing to substitute mushrooms from onions on our pizza. So, not a big deal, I paid extra for onions and asked they not put mushrooms on my pizza. I was quoted a total of $48.00. Delivery person (friendly guy) arrived with a medium pizza for a total of $37. I advised him that it was the wrong size. He suggests I call the restaurant. I call the restaurant while the driver remains onsite. Girl on the phone argues with me telling me I ordered a medium pizza. I ask to speak to the manager. Here is where everything goes from bad to worst. Manager was automatically rude, confrontational and would not let me explain the situation. He kept repeating “ You listen to me. You listen to me”. I was able to get a few words him just explaining I needed a new pizza. He told me to stop yelling at him which was not the case. When I asked him what the restaurant was going to do for me his response was “ you know what I’m going to do for you, this….” And hung up. Driver wasn’t sure what to do so I told him to leave. Pizza was still with me. Managers calls me back shortly after the driver left and while swearing and yelling told me he was calling the police for theft for not having paid for the medium pizza. We had no intention of eating the pizza at this point. 20 mins later, police actually arrived at the door of our Airbnb. I proceeded to telling them the story (completely different story they had gotten from the manager). The officers were in disbelief that they had been called for this. They took the pizza back to the restaurant. I proceeded to going to get food for my 4 children at a nearby A&W. I have never experienced anything like this. I am hoping the owners are made aware of who is running their restaurant. Perhaps the managers needs to find a new career that doesn’t involve dealing with the public.

By far one of the best pizzas in the area! We try to go here every year at least once when we are in Quebec City for skiing! Nice crust, great sauce, lots of pepperoni...! On the expensive side for sure but most are in the area if they are any good at all.

We ordered a large garnished pizza on sale.I was very disappointed because usually there are a lot of toppings and it's the best pizza in my area and has been for several years. Except the pizza that was delivered to me was very ordinary with few toppings. Is it because it’s a promotion? In short, I'm not sure I would recommend it following this disappointment.
