A good place to try different meat! Although it wasn’t my favorite

The walleye filet was a bit bland

A fantastic authentic restaurant with native American recipes and great service. We dined here couple of days ago and really enjoyed the specialties which is the meat on a fire burned with Brandy. They forgot was good and the scallops were good as well. Highly recommended. We will return to this place again for sure

I had a lovely meal here following a long cold day. I suggest trying the Yatista/Potence meals. They are incredible and the presentation is wonderful. Also, the maple pie was phenomenal.

The food was absolutely incredible, I cannot stress this enough.

The service though is what really makes this place. Truly they make you feel at home and explain everything, and if you're willing to listen, you can learn a lot here.

The atmosphere as well is wonderful and immersive, with beautiful paintings of the founders, scenes of native ceremonies and even some canoes and paddles hanging from the roof and ceiling. Truly a unique environment

This restaurant is bypassed by many people. The signage is very subtle and the menu in French appears a little daunting. But you walk in and you know it is a great choice, very intimate with a wonderful and helpful staff. I had the venison tartare and a superb soup. The fish dish my partner had was well presented and perfectly cooked Do This !!

We chose Sagamite based on many positive reviews and were pleasantly surprised to discover that it is Indigenous owned. The menu is creative and our food was delicious. Pascal was an excellent waiter who was able to provide a couple of great recommendations.

We enjoyed our dinner at Sagamité Québec. The ambiance was lovely, and the service was warm and attentive. The food was good overall, the wapiti was my favourite, and the experience made for a nice evening.

Highly recommend this restaurant for an authentic taste of local cuisine. Everything was above and beyond! The Sagamite soup was absolutely delicious. There aren’t many places I’d go back to, but this is definitely one of them.
