Very disappointed. I had good comments but ultimately they made a mistake 3 times in our orders. I understand about the new waitress who is very nice despite everything but the old one didn't even know what I meant by regular poutine fries. And he wanted to pass on his mistake to me, burnt garnished poutine, offered to my brother-in-law 10 minutes earlier instead of an Italian poutine. With a little stupid look too. Ultimately the fries were undercooked and my ribs came with onions instead of coleslaw. Positive point: the ribs were excellent.

This was our first visit to this restaurant. The only positive point is the potions are generous if not bad service, boring atmosphere, really outdated decor and the pizza is really not their strength the cheese is barely melted, almost no toppings and the price is high on top of that. We won't go back there.

Prices have increased but quality and service have decreased. We did not have the soup included in the table d’hôte. When the waitress brought the main course, she told us that it was too late for the soup and impossible to replace it with dessert or coffee. The smoke meat was very fatty and undercooked. There was no soap in the toilets. Huge disappointment. I went there frequently because I live close but I will turn to Maguire.

Order made at 11:05 a.m. last Friday, order received 1 hour 45 minutes later. Despite the fact that this is our third order just this week. Distance between us and the restaurant is 4 minutes according to Google by car. Meal (pizza arrived cold and French onions soft and was not edible. When I called after receiving my order, I was told that I just had to put my pizza in the oven to reheat it and strongly refused to offer me a minimal compensation on my next order, then it will be my last and for me this place is closed for life plus 100 years....Seriously as a customer, this response with such mediocrity doesn't work at all...

I love the little adjacent shop that just opened next to the restaurant. Super nice selection of products and ready-to-eat products. I tasted the banana-chocolate-raspberry muffins, frankly, a marvel. Probably the best muffin I've ever eaten. Fresh, soft, delicious, delicate flavors and well matched together.

I really liked hot chicken from this restaurant that I had chosen for 40 years because the sauce was delicious. Disappointment last August during my visit to this restaurant, horror they changed the sauce, it looks like sauce in an envelope, a horror. Too bad to change an insured value now my hot chicken tastes like water. Tradition took over, so it's over for me!
