Restaurant Shahi tandoori

food not worth it at all! the taste of food was so disgusting we ordered shaahi paneer and channa masala taste of both was ridiculous and it tasted bitter. They served us frozen naan we were not even able to chew them they were so hard and dry. We complained to the manager as well and he said our food is like that we can’t do it anything about this!!!! Never gonna visit this store againn!!!!

One of the WORST RESTAURANT AND IT IS NOT INDIAN RESTAURANT!
We ordered Malai Kofta and it had all paneer in it with pakora which was absurd and shocking. Also dal tadka was watery and taste was horrible.
We ordered Parantha and he gave us frozen parantha. They don’t even make fresh parantha which was very shocking and shameful.

On top when we mentioned the issue to the server Jamil he was extremely rude. Acted like he don’t care about our complaint and said he will remove the parantha and walked away.

When we asked about owner we want to speak to he said owner never comes to this location and doesn’t care. This restaurant must shut down if customers are going to experience this. Server must be fired he was very disrespectful and rudely told me to lower down my voice when I was sharing my feedback.

Stumbling up against a barred restaurant door (on a freezing cold day in January), with a group of 10 people, when you call to reserve more than a month in advance and call back to confirm the same day, it's is totally UNACCEPTABLE. I spoke to 2 different people and neither of them informed me that the restaurant was closed for lunch. If you do not understand French, out of respect for the customers, at least be frank to say that you do not understand the language.

If we could give less than one star, that would be the case for this very bad experience. I was excited to be able to try this restaurant for the first time but there will be no first time...

A pitiful experience, especially when it's minus 20 outside. We had a reservation for 10 people on January 30th at noon. Our organizer called in the morning to reconfirm everything and when we arrived, the place was closed. After a few calls, we were told that the restaurant opened at 5:00 p.m. despite our reservation confirmation.

If you do not understand French, please hire someone who at least understands the reservation times. We don't leave customers in the lurch like that. I won't be caught again. I highly recommend going elsewhere (which we did).

Je viens juste de recevoir ma commande. Le fromage de mon malai kofta est carrément périmé lol…. (Supposé être blanc… il est tout dur et brun, c’est franchement degueulasse). La sauce de mon poulet au beurre est littéralement en eau, on dirait plus une soupe au beurre. Bref, ultra déçu d’avoir gaspillé mon argent pour ça…. J’ai faim lol.

Poor quality of service, no one serves you even water until good 20 minutes and they came up with the food even after a long wait of an hour. Once the food arrived, it was the most horrible taste we had in our life.

Kindly visit some other place if you want to have better food.

Think twice before coming here to eat. It's better to stay hungry than to eat the food here. The food is really horrible.

They took the order and made us wait for 90min. They noticed our order slip the third time when we went to speak to one of the staff members until then it was lying somewhere in the kitchen seems like. Very bad service.
