Wow. One of the more memorable dining experiecnes we have had. They really achieved their goal of unpretentious fine dining. All the courses were noteworthy and creatively put together. The service is attentive and with care, and when you consider that both the kitchen and service is manned by only one person respectively it makes the whole operation all the more impressive. An outstanding experience. While I was surprised to find only tasting menus available, it turned out to be the best meal I've had in a long time. The savoury courses—octopus, cod, steak, and pork—were deceptively simple at first glance but complex and delicate in flavour. The dessert featured a unique bitterness from ginger spice that paired perfectly with the cranberry. A special shout-out to Sam, tonight's sole server, whose passionate and detailed explanations...
It doesn’t vibe fancy, more like a crib or a local bar with graffiti and drawing walls, but their tasting menu was by far the best we had!
