Glad to have returned for the 3rd time because my last experience (the 2nd) did not reflect the 1st which was perfect! Lovely welcome, very good service and lovely atmosphere! I like this type of restaurant which takes us on a journey through the decor and the food. The carpaccio was still excellent and the mushroom futilloni were simply divine. Again, very happy to have given it another chance.

We went for dinner this Sunday evening to try the restaurant for the first time. First of all, I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, cozy, quite chic but not too much, little music, fairly small restaurant etc.Concerning the dishes, we decided to share everything in order to taste more items:- Basket of bread (paid): Dry and burnt...- Octopus and zucchini: A favorite! Very good and refined- Fish of the day: Grilled sea bream with a layer of potato, it was also very good, refined, moderate portion- Fusillonni with mushrooms, hazelnuts and burrata: Total disappointment... we chose them since the waitress said it was the restaurant's star dish. Very rich, very generous portion, no refinement, let's say that the taste and presentation was completely opposite to the previous dishes. In the end, it all fell on my heart.I therefore recommend the restaurant for its atmosphere, the service and, overall, the dishes which seem more refined. If we go back, we would not choose the pasta dishes (having also seen other plates) but more starters or a meat dish!

Great discovery! We discovered, like many, this little restaurant hidden in Sillery. Although the restaurant's decor is not up to par with everything else, we quickly forget this little detail when we receive our drinks and especially our meal. Wow! The food is simply divine. Easily in the top 3 of the best restaurants I have tried in my life. From cocktails to dessert, everything was excellent. The service is just as pleasant. A friendly employee brings us our dishes while singing “Italian” songs. But be careful, be prepared to pay. You will, without too much difficulty, exceed $200 for two for a three-course meal including cocktail and wine. The experience, however, is well worth the expense.The only slight disappointment was that during our evening we did not have the chance to attend the chef's demonstration of creating a dish of dough in a wheel of parmesan in front of us.

I went to dinner at Tonino between Christmas and New Year's Day with my partner. We had heard about this restaurant and were very excited to go there. Already when we arrived we were without a word regarding our table. In the center of the aisle, a tiny table with no privacy, in the hubbub of waiters passing left and right constantly to serve customers. We could join in on everyone's conversations because we were so close. This restaurant does not have the space to accommodate customers in the center of the aisle. And frankly at the price of the main courses (some for over $100) it’s an insult. A big insult!Back to the dishes, the starters were good. Even very good. However, we both had the same dish of pasta and turned our plates over. The dishes were dry, the pasta was undercooked. Really, I don't recommend this restaurant. An evening with questionable flavors, without atmosphere and all for the modest sum of $300.
