Front end Staff was not trained properly. Pizza order wasn’t put in for almost 40 minutes after ordering at the counter.
They got the order right but there’s a reason there’s only one location now terrible management and service

Ordered delivery. Lasagna was weird. It had peppers. Pepperoni and onions. Tasted okay, but gave me indigestion. Ordered cheese cake and got about a half slice. But it was so good.

I'm going to eat there, but I'm told that we can't change anything, because we're reheating already frozen mixtures... (at $32 a plate for frozen catered food). So forget about extras or withdrawals for food allergies/intolerance! Nothing seems to be freshly made, except the pizzas which lack cooking.. come on!
I decide to order a club sandwich this evening, when I order, is it super complicated to change the tomatoes for cheese? I'm told it's impossible? I hear it cooking in the background who is complaining? How's your restaurant?
