The staff are incredibly friendly, offering complimentary taste tests of their mouthwatering smoked beef, which is a must-try. Their club sandwich is outstanding, packed with flavor and freshness. What truly impressed me was the staff’s professionalism when a minor issue occurred with my order—they were quick to offer a refund and provide a clear explanation. Their knowledge of vegan options, like the salad, was also appreciated. The staff exude warmth and enthusiasm, making the dining experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend Rock’N Deli for both the food and the exceptional service!

The cashier is super nice, she explains the difference between the different items on the menu.The wait is quick for rush hour on a Saturday.The kitchen staff is very courteous and friendly.The beef is excellent for the standard at Laurier.I recommend it without hesitation .

La madame à la caisse semble vous donner de la bouffe gratuite…et même lceux qui offrent la charité sont accueillants….ton glacial. Après, ils vous refilent une boisson d'un demi litre par défaut sans vous demander un choix de format, pour gonfler le profit…tant qu’à faire, facturez des 2 l….stratégie trop vulgaire. J’ai mangé une fois, la dernière….

We have rarely eaten smoked meat as succulent as the one at Place Laurier in Quebec. The service is excellent, courteous and cleanly kept. Unrivaled quality and price.We will definitely return and I recommend it to everyone?!!
