Like every year, I'm having my oldest's birthday cake prepared at your place. Vanilla cake for 20 people. When calling to order, I was told it was $65. I don't really know what explains this price, because I seem to have paid $39 last time... It's our favorite cake and everyone loves it, so we accepted. When we ate it at our family dinner, the verdict was unanimous: the cake was horribly dry and the layer of icing was so thin that you might as well have left it out as it wouldn't have made much difference. At $65 for a disappointing cupcake, it's over. Concerning the price, although I revalidated with the employee when I went to look for it, I continue to believe that there was an error. Anyway, even at $39, a dry cake isn't worth much...

Cochonnerie commerciale rien n'est fait maison c'est loin d'être une vraie patisserie je compare ça a l'usine de gâteau vachon la crème c'est juste du gras rien d artisanale meme chose pour la garniture au fraise,pomme etc des tartes dla guenille en chaudière déjà faite quand tes pas capable de prononcer le 3/4 des ingrédients ça va pas bin !

I'm a big fan of pies. This has always been my favorite dessert. When we saw the front of your store: The Kingdom of Pie. Wow! This store is exactly for me!
I took a big detour to stop and we entered The Kingdom of Pie.... Homemade with love! I bought two pies: apple and strawberry/rhubarb. After the meal, the strawberry/rhubarb tart in the oven.... a small scoop of ice cream.... Finally I will taste the Kingdom I so desire!
What a desappointment. What am I saying... Bitter disappointment and discouragement (loss of confidence, hope and illusion). A “homemade” pie with no taste and no pieces of filling. We were speechless. The kingdom of pie! I should have read the ingredients before purchasing. Lard... Glucose-fructose, Sodium benzoate, Potassium sorbate, Natural and artificial flavors, Food coloring (allura red, brilliant blue). Yet it is so simple to make good homemade pies!!!! Pies with chemical ingredients!?!?!. Food coloring !!???!! You have to do it!!!! If we wanted that many chemicals, we would have bought a pie at the grocery store.
The Kingdom of Pie!??!!??. At least have the decency to have a business name that reflects what is being sold. Here is my suggestion: You are taken for granted!
P.S.: The apple pie went straight to the compost!
