A confusing and chaotic experience! Never made it to the food as we were eager to abandon our reservation after waiting in the thirty person line at the front door. The hostess refused to speak to the line of guests until the front door was fully closed. Be prepared to wait in -18 degree weather despite having a reservation! Won’t be back here!

In fairness, we were not made to wait outside like other comments here. Have booked reservation ahead of time and got us a decent table. The server was clear and very helpful with our needs. Meat was well marinated and tender. All others were also worth trying. Unlimited soda. It was a great experience I would say.
My favorite restaurant in Quebec

first they said we need to comeback at 8 PM, after we waited 25 minutes, they said all tables are booked... Sim's like they just don't want us in they restaurant. It's OK.
We had a good experience. Outstanding food quality. Marc-Antoine was outstanding as our host.

The service was a little slow. We had the 17h to 19h service. The doors opens at 17h not before.
The service was really slow and we recived ours meal late in the night. A good thing that our friends table ordered too much and shared with us.

Nice all you can eat. Korean BBQ is really cool but be ready to smell smoky when you leave even if you didnt use the BBQ which would be a pitty because this is why it is so expensive 😅. sushis are ok the egg one is not good though if you tasted real tamago you will be desappointed

Experience épouvantable, nourriture à mauvais goût, pauvre service. Très déçu.
I had the worst food poisoning of my life after dining here on Sunday night Aug 31st. The night began with a 8pm reservation time that was met with a gigantic line going out the door of the restaurant. Patrons were forced to wait at least 30 minutes for their own reservation. The wait staff greeted us by saying how stressed they were and how the previous service was difficult. Not something I’d particularly like to hear as a willing patron. There was a very clear lack of organization here. The quality of food was absolutely horrendous and there was a serious lack of sanitary standard with various staff handling food (cooked and raw) with bare hands and seemingly touching raw ingredients with thumbs in dishes.. gross. Every dish that we ordered was legitimately terrible, from the overfried rock hard calamari to the coal like popcorn chicken, slimy radishes, and raw meats that were not even sliced properly but rather a bundle of stringy fatty under prepared cuts of meat. Hours after eating here I vomited practically everything as it really wasnt settling in my stomach. I then developed a fever and severe body aches that lasted the next 24 hours. I live in Toronto so the next day my poor wife had to do a full 8 hr drive all on her own because I was unconscious for majority of the trip. Luckily she didn’t eat any of the sushi which I suspect is the culprit to the food poisoning. The worst part was the price, as my total bill was $130 including a mandatory 15% gratuity. Terrible by any standards. I genuinely believe they are able to get away with this because there’s no quality competition in Quebec City to know what the KBBQ experience is supposed to be like.
Update: I gave the restaurant a call on Sep 2nd who was unwilling to accept any accountability whatsoever and insinuated that I likely got food poisoning else where or perhaps ate too much. They claim that hundreds of patrons ate there last week and they hadn’t received any feedback meaning they must’ve done no wrong. Extremely shameful to not even empathize with a patron who shelled out $130 or even offer an apology for the subpar experience that we went through.
DO NOT RECOMMEND

Food is good when it gets brought . Expect a 20-30 min wait for your order . Forgot to give us proper utensils and Some orders never got brought , they also force a 15% “service fee” , building is very nice but staff could be more efficient , 2/5 stars

Service is great as always with this place but its a bbq... why does the meat is the cheapest thing there. I feel like the meat cost nothing to the owners and thos meat part looked cheak as hell. Lots of fat and hard to chew. Also every meat taste the same since chiken and red meat is seasoned the same way.
Beside, sushies are really good but lots of rice... seems like owners want to save money but it cost 122 including tips for 2.

Overall experience was good! Ordering was a bit chaotic though. We went on a Friday. It was all you can eat and we were 5. Didn't get some items, like my lamb 🙄 Also, our deserts were served before we we were done eating. I wouldn't have minded if it hadn't been ice cream.

Overrated Korean AYCE BBQ place. Selection is limited IMHO. Atmosphere and decor doesn't fit. Feels like a Japanese BBQ place and seeing sushi on the menu kind of support that.
