We arrived one evening, the waiter told us that his colleague would serve us. She never did. We waited 15 minutes in the lobby with DOZENS of other customers and with an army of waiters busy avoiding our gazes and chatting at the counter. I am very disappointed with the service, especially since almost all of the tables on the ground floor were empty.
Terrible customer service. We went to eat elsewhere.

Honestly overrated and underwhelming for the price. The atmosphere is nice, but the service is extremely unreliable. The food is served completely randomly and sometimes doesn’t arrive at all. One of us had to ask 4 times for utensils and we asked nearly 5 times for a dish that never arrived. There is also a surprisingly low amount of meat options compared to all the other items that don’t go on the grill, sort of defeating the purpose of a Korean bbq. The food is decent, but subpar for the high price (45$ per person before tip and tax). The desserts are nice but not enough to convince me to return.
30 minutes of waiting outside in very cold weather, food lacks seasoning, especially the meats, the rest OK. For the price I expected a better taste experience
