We really enjoyed our dinner. The bruschetta was outstanding, as were the matchstick fries. We had the buffalo and carnivore pizzas, along with the carbonara pasta. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was lively and a great combination of old and new. Would recommend making reservations since it was packed!

1st time a year ago: very good, especially the fig pizza. Today: meh. Partner got the arrabiata no gluten, was ok nothing more. The kid's menu with tomato pasta was very bland. Took the duck pasta, and that was one of the blandest dishes I ever tried. Duck has taste, a distinctive one, most of the time. It had absolutely no taste, and the sauce or the few tomatoes didn't really help.

I really shouldn't complain since we came in late ,Fondue Parmesan was excellent , but pizza tasted like crispy cardboard maybe my fault for not liking thin pizza my sister had the duck pasta and said she enjoyed it overall service was very good

This restaurant is absolutely a must try. This is one of the best restaurants in Old Quebec City!
The mozzarella is life changing. The flat breads and pastas dishes are fantastic. The staff is excellent. There is plenty of seating, two levels, a great bar, and an excellent vibe.

Arrived around 3 PM ish. The restaurant was not busy at all as there were many vacant tables. The server made eye contacts with us, but we stood there for more than 10 minutes without any assistance. Went there as the review was good and the food looked tasty. We left feeling bitter and went to another Italian restaurant that had awesome food and service. They are not going to last long with that kind of service.

Me and my wife went there this evening for the first time.
I loved it.
I was between La Gaspesienne and Di Mar pasta. My wife had the 1608 pizza.
Finally I gave him a taste. We exchanged our dishes.
I was expecting a different taste. Maybe a béchamel sauce with that or another white sauce.
I loved the pizza. We'll come back for sure.
Vegetarian options: The 1608 pizza is just perfect and it's light.

Great Italian restaurant in old Quebec. Loved the vibe of the place and the food was quite good.
We ordered a Caesar salad to share as the starter. They also brought out the most delicious warm bread for the table.
The soup of the day was a hit and also our mains: lobster risotto and the Sapristi linguine.
Would definitely go back.
