We had an excellent evening at the restaurant, our server Steve was most courteous and friendly. The meal was delicious. Particularly arancini, salmon tartare and risotto.
Well done to the chef and the whole team!

It was a busy Saturday night but I made a reservation ahead. Since the foyer was full and I couldn't get in, I called the restaurant and they waved me in. They were very friendly, the service was great, and the food was really good. Also not very expensive. For four people, we had several drinks, desert, a main course, and still spent only $170 CAD.

OK restaurant, I won't go back. Truffle fries without any truffle taste (at $11 per portion I'm disappointed 🤡), the carbonara pasta was okay but I won't remember it. In addition, the waiter took our order incorrectly. Fortunately the atmosphere was good.

I recently dined at Sapristi Champlain in Quebec and was disappointed with the food quality. The dishes were very plain and lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. The onion soup, in particular, was light and didn’t have the rich, savory flavor that is typically expected from a good onion soup.
I can’t help but wonder if the location in a tourist area affects the quality of the food. Overall, my experience fell short of expectations, and I would recommend exploring other dining options in the area for a more flavorful meal.

Although the beef tartare was well seasoned, it lacked oil and a tangy base, leaving the mouthfeel with an impression of simply raw and strained meat.

While traveling in Quebec, we are delighted with this place.
Duck pasta for me, pasta with meatballs for my son as well as dessert, everything was correct.
The score was fair.
The very friendly staff who reflect the Quebec spirit well.
THANKS

It's cool place and I liked the atmosphere. Located in old part of city. You need to reserve table earlier, maybe a couple of days.

In principle the staff was very nice, but after the starter I had to wait an hour for my pizza, even though the restaurant was almost empty. The staff also asked me if I wanted the dessert menu even though I was still waiting for the pizza. However, food was very tasty.
