Coffee and service is usually good. On the other hand, pastries (muffins, chocolatines, scones, etc.) are always dry. The grilled cheese ordered the other day was completely cold (no melted cheese) and the bread was so poorly toasted that the bread was wet and falling apart, very disappointing..

This café is great to relax and study in, and the coffee is good!
The one thing that disappointed me was that the all the drinks for sit-in customers were served in single-use disposable coffee cups, which all went straight to landfill garbage. Given the environmental issues around plastic waste/microplastics, it feels like this is a real oversight for a company with other very good sustainable credentials (their coffee is Rainforest Alliance certified, among other things)

I just bought coffee and brought it to the hotel, but the ice in one of the two cups was completely melted and I couldn't drink it because they gave me coffee without filtering the coffee beans. When I throw away the coffee, the floor is full of coffee beans. And then they ask me to give a tip when paying! Just buy water here

Bad experience, I bought a still frozen blueberry muffin and the blueberries were iced. I went to tell the saleswoman who wanted to put it in the microwave for me, laughing. Bad customer service.

I would have liked to leave a review on Uber Eats but it wasn't possible. (I now understand why ?) I ordered 2 cold brews and 2 chocolatines. I received 2 old filter coffees on ice and 2 old chocolatines. Not great!
