Terribly long service, the machines to make all the frozen drinks/smoothies were broken. Very noisy, defective toilet condemned so queue for the only remaining toilet, poor organization of tables.

Drive 45 minutes for a planned meeting at the second cup. To arrive and be told that they close at 6 p.m. when it says 8 p.m. on the internet.People are relying on online schedules in 2023 and the employee told me that management is aware of this problem. But they don't seem to be taking any action, it's the responsibility of commerce to make these changes. And not doing them is a big lack of respect towards their customers.

Very good coffees and products... when it's open. I came across a closed door at two separate times when there was no indication on the site or app that it was closed. Disappointing when you take a detour to get there.

I went here for the first time yesterday, September 19, after work I needed coffee and cake to relax. The staff were very polite and kind. My order was of very good quality, especially the monster brownie, which was very, very delicious. I still like to go here after work. The atmosphere was very warm and friendly. It has free Wi-Fi. There is even an outdoor area to sit and eat. Thank you for the good management and staff here. Good luck .

They closed shop at 4:55 pm on saturday, must be an executive decision by the barista to close 3hr 5mins early.
