Manque de personnel ce qui a affecté de beaucoup le service:nous avons attendu à tous les moments: de l’entrée au plat principal, qui est arrivé dans ustensiles. Cela a pris un bon moment pour que je puisse manger un burger qui était déjà rendu froid. j’ai eu mon breuvage après avoir fini de manger et j’ai dû attendre pas mal pour l’addition. Pas ma meilleure fois au shakers

Very good food. I don't like the place in particular because it's very cramped and there's a lot of noise, but it's great for young people in my opinion. However, I gave 2 stars for the service for an order to be delivered on November 18th. I really wanted the tao salad for my party. Since it's normally the $15 special for tartares and hamburgers, my partner and my friends decided to also order something for dinner with me. The person who served them mentioned that the promotion was only good in the dining room while on the said internet, absolutely nothing mentions this condition. Since the food was already ready, our men decided not to abstain and paid $$$!! A server from another shaker confirmed to us that we were entitled to the discount! So employees should inform themselves before answering anything to customers!

Out of a gang of 9, 3 ordered burgers and all 3 were cold. We asked for another hot one and they came back at room temperature. A friend ordered a tartare and received it 20 minutes after everyone was was served. Otherwise good service
