I didn't even get half of what I ordered. On two orders with more than 40 minutes of waiting between each, all that, so that on the third, we asked the waitress where our orders were, she tells us that we just have to order desserts.
All this so that after an $80 bill for two in an all-you-can-eat restaurant, we had to make food for ourselves when we got home. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The food is of very poor quality. Sushi is mainly composed of an astronomical amount of rice, panko and cucumber. The meat is tiny and tasteless. The pieces of sushi are so big that it takes almost four bites to eat one. After a few songs, we are already disgusted. Other types of dishes are also horrible. All meat stir-fries seem to be made with meat boiled in water, reheated in the microwave, with a ladle of extremely sweet sauce added on top. It's disgusting. The only good thing during my meal was the ice cream. Run away!
First visit to this place. Although the food ordered was decent and the choice varied, the service left something to be desired.
- The majority of our group did not know the concept of their tablet menu before arriving at the restaurant... the staff did not explain to us how it worked right away. You had to ask. - Some menu choices do not have a description. - The staff did not come to clear the table which was overflowing with dishes ordered throughout the evening. - No choice of teas or herbal teas other than green tea. - Error during payment regarding alcohol (mixing of tables). - The toilets are dirty.
Not sure about going back as a group. But maybe two for a better experience.

Je suis venue célébrer mon anniversaire avec quelques amies, mais lors de payer, mes amies blanches ont eu droit au rabais étudiant et moi et mes autres amies (nous ne sommes pas blanches) n'avons pas eu droit à celui-ci , parce que c'était le «weekend». Nous nous sommes senties vraiment discriminées.

Went to Shogun Sushi with a group of friends and everyone agreed that the food was very good. We had the all you can eat meal and we left the restaurant full.
The restaurant uses IPads to order the food, making it very easy to make your selections, they have pictures for all the items so if you can't remember what the dish was you can just go by the photographs,
If you are looking for an all you can eat Sushi restaurant, i recommend this place.

I love going to this restaurant for unlimited sushi, they are very good! Sometimes the service leaves a little to be desired, I understand they are busy but just a little smile from time to time wouldn't hurt anyone! Especially when there are several of them on the floor and the room is not necessarily full... but that's just a small detail, I have very good service 3/4 of the time ☺️
All in all, I am very satisfied with this restaurant 😄
