Took about 1h just to get ask if we wanted something to drink... pathetic!
Youngs waiters that got no experience, food still good but took a while to come even if the room is half empty.
If you wanna wait its the perfect place otherwise go to NikiSushi.

Very tasty and friendly, good service.
I took the à volonter menu. They have an ipad that you can choose your options from. Their sushis where not good one had more the texture of a calamari than tuna. But it was fine. 5$ for a tiny fountain coke no refills. The bathroom was absolutely horrible! Traces of every single person before me were on those seats AND WALLS. I had stomach issues after that meal. But I did not expect anything more from a all you can eat.

No one to welcome you if you enter through the restaurant's entrance. You are better to enter from the hotel.
Than even though you wait alone, if the next person entering is more aggressive they will chose them first.
WAY TOO MUCH teriyaki sauce on EVERYTHING. Very disgusting.

Service malpoli
Une belle expérience chez Shogun Sushi ! Le service est efficace et souriant, même en plein après-midi à 15 h, ce qui est appréciable. Les sushis sont frais et bien préparés.
The ingredients aren't fresh, tips are calculated on the after-tax amount, which is against the rules, and there aren't even free drinks.

1 hour to have a beer, cold food…rubbery meat! We don't think we'll go back.

We came for a birthday party which had been booked in advance
I didn't even get half of what I ordered. On two orders with more than 40 minutes of waiting between each, all that, so that on the third, we asked the waitress where our orders were, she tells us that we just have to order desserts.
All this so that after an $80 bill for two in an all-you-can-eat restaurant, we had to make food for ourselves when we got home.

Great service, food is very good for an all you can eat and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I've been going there for over 2 years and always loved it.

I went twice. Both times had a bad stomach ache afterwards and even vomited this time. I don't know what they do with their food but I go to all-you-can-eat sushi very regularly and I'm okay. Except the two times to the shogun…

Very efficient and fast service, everything I had was good and fresh, I recommend the kani salad for those who like pollock, it was delicious.

The food is of very poor quality. Sushi is mainly composed of an astronomical amount of rice, panko and cucumber. The meat is tiny and tasteless. The pieces of sushi are so big that it takes almost four bites to eat one. After a few songs, we are already disgusted. Other types of dishes are also horrible. All meat stir-fries seem to be made with meat boiled in water, reheated in the microwave, with a ladle of extremely sweet sauce added on top. It's disgusting. The only good thing during my meal was the ice cream. Run away!
