Salads in plastic pots in full view of customers which should be kosher, in my opinion. For someone who eats gluten-free or lactose-free or both, there is little choice. It lacks a lot of love and freshness. Soup made with powdered milk, classic sandwiches, basic salads with choice of $$ extras to make them more appetizing. Fortunately the atmosphere and the coffee is very warm and very beautiful to cover it all.I honestly hope that the company will improve this counter

This café earns a 5 star in three categories: 1. I am a young coffee lover and so far I have never been disappointed, and their gourmet menu is excellent and varied. 2. Service is good every time. I've been coming for a little over a year and this place is one of my favorites to study. I tried a new coffee today and the young girl serving told me that they would charge me for it if I didn't like it! (I liked it of course, a good recommendation from them). 3. As for the atmosphere, I prefer not to talk about it because it is one of the rare cafes that is not full of people at all hours of the day and I would like it to stay that way ;) .. more seriously, the building itself is magnificent: a beautiful A-frame with visible large wooden beams as well as beautiful large windows offering lots of light, and what's more, it smells good! In summary, my favorite cafe in the Quebec region.

Peaceful atmosphere, beautiful large bright square and excellent latte coffee! The staff is kind and professional. I got good recommendations. Served quickly at my table, my hot beverage was much appreciated on this somewhat gray day. Several large tables for studying or eating with friends. I recommend that you come and take a look during your stay at the spa or after your yoga session which takes place right in front of the café. :)

We were looking for a spa to visit on a Monday afternoon while travelling to Quebec City. Unfortunately, most spas had a reservation requirement that required you to book ahead of time. We discovered Siberian Spa while scrolling through Yelp. After 5 p.m., the entry fee was reduced to $37 per person to access the grounds. You cannot make a reservation in advance and must instead show up on the spot. The entry cost includes use of a locker room, a towel, a drink voucher, and access to the spa grounds. Bathrobes, massages, and any other treatments were charged extra.The staff gave us a tour of the spa and spoke both French and English. They recommended using the Heat, Cold, and Rest approach, then repeating it to achieve the Nordic experience. 15 minutes of heat, 3-5 minutes of cold, and at least 30 minutes of relaxation. There were plenty of hammocks, pools, saunas, and resting areas to choose from. Some areas are designated as whisper zones where you are able to chit chat quietly and quiet zones where talking isn't allowed. I have nothing but amazing things to say with the only con being that it was a bit crowded which is expected as it's at a discounted rate. Unfortunately, I didn't not many pictures to document in respect to the no phone policy & other visitors privacy but there are many posted by the spa.
