Siboire is hands down the best microbrewery in Québec City! We loved trying all the IPAs — it was so fun to taste the different styles, and honestly, none of them disappointed. Every beer we tried was fire 🔥. The food was insane too — probably the best poutine I’ve had in Canada! The poutine forestière was unreal — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Great vibes, amazing beer, and awesome food — simply a great spot to hang out with your friends ! 🍻🍟

Looks not impressive outside but big inside with a good atmosphere and good customer service. Haven't tried the food yet, but it's supposed to be good.

The service was exceptional. The food was very good!! Great choices of beers! Also, they have a few non-alcoholic beers. The patio is big and very nice! There is a bike rack by the patio.

I went on July 26th, with my daughters, around 2:30 pm. We went home and I asked if it was open because the dining room was empty. The waitress told us to take the seat of our choice and she would come to see us. After 25 minutes of waiting, she went back with the menus and left right away... 15 minutes later, my daughters and I decided to go eat somewhere else. I'm sure they never noticed we left. Little note for the bartender, that even if he saw us all the time, he never made the effort to come ask us if we needed what or make a little call to the waitress to come see us. It's the first time I've gotten up and left a restaurant because of it. If it's long because we have a lot of work, it's compressible. When it's long and the dining room is empty and your employees don't like to work, it's really ordinary. Congratulations to the whole team.
