Siboire is hands down the best microbrewery in Québec City! We loved trying all the IPAs — it was so fun to taste the different styles, and honestly, none of them disappointed. Every beer we tried was fire 🔥. The food was insane too — probably the best poutine I’ve had in Canada! The poutine forestière was unreal — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Great vibes, amazing beer, and awesome food — simply a great spot to hang out with your friends ! 🍻🍟

Ambiance conviviale, service attentionné et excellentes bières. C’est définitivement un endroit que je recommande pour passer un bon moment après le travail. 👌
The service was exceptional. The food was very good!! Great choices of beers! Also, they have a few non-alcoholic beers. The patio is big and very nice! There is a bike rack by the patio.
