Errors in orders about 1 out of 2 times, but that seems to be the norm everywhere else now!!🤷
Disappointed with our experience yesterday. Our order was missing a coleslaw. We ordered a st-burger but we got a ribs burger instead. I also got 3 strips of chicken instead of 4... Good taste but disappointing not to have had what we ordered...

I love how efficient your delivery is. Quick and easy. On the other hand, there is no comment box for order subtleties e.g. food allergy, food to be removed from the meal... Secondly, it is not possible to print the invoice in PDF format to be able to to place it in our expense system ex: Doordash uses a printable pdf billing history.
Vegetarian options: Bankok salad with toffu very popular. Probably missing another vegetarian and/or vegan meal.

In truth I gave 1 star for the service but honestly I would have given zero. The girl with pink hair who served us was absolutely rude. Very stupid as soon as we arrived, even with the other employees. No customer service provided. She forced us to place a take-out order even if we wanted to eat inside and then didn't. Then she prohibited us from eating in the restaurant even though other customers had permission. I never write a review but it was so bad that I had to share it.

Pire service!! Je ne fais jamais re review mais cette fois s’était trop gros. Jamais été autant servie de manière dégueulasse. La caissière était SUPER méchante et très bête. Si je pouvais, je ferais une plainte directement sur elle. La fille avec les cheveux rose ne devrait simplement pas travailler dans un restaurant si elle est pour traiter les gens comme ça.

They made me leave the restaurant under the pretext that I had a take-out order. However, there was no option to order at the tables in the application. It's a terrible service. I will never eat at a Saint Hubert again.

My family was taking a pit stop from a long drive, and we were excited to come here as this restaurant is served in Quebec. That excitement didn't last long, unfortunately, from the terrible customer service. We tried to do self order due to language barriers, but none of them were working. The cashier understood and tried to take our order. When the order was confirmed, we realized there was a mistake. As we told the cashier, he went furious and said some unpleasant things about us. We can't communicate in French, but we understood his actions, and it spoke a lot more. It was the most inappropriate customer service we ever had. It's understandable how troublesome it can be to deal with language barriers, but you should never minimize people for not being in the same boat as you. Take this from someone who also works somewhere dealing with a lot of customers with language barriers. The food is not worth the price either. Better off finding somewhere else to eat for a pit stop. ?

Catastrophic. Let me explain.
First visit, evening takeaway. 0 customers. We say to ourselves Cool, it will be well prepared! Which it was. Except they forgot our two chicken soups!!! Considering the price it's totally shameful. While there were no customers... we therefore contacted the restaurant who told us to send a voucher by post. We received absolutely nothing. Shipping address error or Canada Post I don't know. We give it a second chance and go back. This time they managed to forget the cabbage in my partner's burger, and the fries in the poutine were as bad as possible. To conclude, the Saint-Hubert experience is over. Prices well above the competition either. But the quality followed. This is absolutely no longer the case.
