Not at all the usual recipe; there were three of us who tried it and we all had the same conclusion. Atrocious. Generally, St-Hubert has lost a lot in quality. And at the price of the plates, it's very disappointing.

Hello, a little while ago, I went to your restaurant, then I had the unpleasant surprise of seeing terminals! Among all the terminals I have seen in Quebec, they are undoubtedly the worst! The fact that it doesn't go touchscreen is completely ridiculous because once out of 3 clicks don't work and the screen clicks everywhere on its own because of the sun's rays reflecting on the screen, then it took me about ten minutes ordering instead of 1 minute with the cashier and it was the same thing with the other people at the terminals so it wasn't me who was incompetent, then I finally wanted to pay my bills the terminals weren't taking gift cards! So I finally gave up and went to see the cashier who was very, very efficient.

First of all, barely 30 seconds after entering the St-Hubert, the young girl who takes the order asks me if I had decided what I was going to have with an angry look. So I replied that I hadn't had time to look at the menu and give myself time to choose. She sighed behind the counter looking VERY stupid. I had to hurry to choose since I had the impression that I was disturbing her and that she was going to throw a chicken at my head. OOPS, it’s true… there was no chicken AT ST-HUBERT!!! NO CHICKEN AT ST-HUBERT?!?! frankly... later, after taking my order, I noticed that my salad had almost no sauce... I tasted it afterwards and I have never eaten anything so mediocre. It tasted like dishwater. ARK! $28 for a salad like this?!?! then, while “tasting” my salad at the table, I hear young employees shouting and making funny noises in the kitchen! REALLY unpleasant and ordinary. In short, I will never return to this restaurant again, everything was expensive and very unpleasant service. I don't recommend it. I am very disappointed.
