My friends came to order with me at Starbucks at Place Ste-Foy and they paid $8 for a small refresher while I paid $7 for a large chai latte. My other friend also ordered a large refresher, the same thing as the others and she also paid $7. They had asked for no ice for the small refresher and for the glass of water but she was served both with ice, she had specified that she wanted a large glass of water but we gave her a small one with ice filled up to at the edge of the glass. It doesn't make sense...

really ordinary I arrived at 7:30 a.m. because it was written that it was going to open at 7:30 a.m. then at 7:40 a.m. still not open, I asked the guy who was in front who we could enter since it was after 7:30 a.m. then I replied super stupid. .

I ordered a cup of coffee as per the recipe, however, I received another cup that was completely different. I have had coffee many times here following this recipe. I don't know why they can change condensed milk to cocoa, they even did not mix them together.
