Great location and beautiful setting. but unfortunately the coffee was very disappointing. The flat white tasted weak and felt mostly like milk rather than a proper espresso-based drink. This was the worst coffee I’ve had at a Starbucks compared to other locations. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

I liked the Starbucks because it was very unique when I got there and I was amazed

I’ve been going to Starbucks for a long time and I’ve always been accommodated nicely, but at this branch the staff preparing the drinks were talking so loudly that the person taking my order couldn’t hear me anymore. I don’t mind them chatting during work, but they were loud enough to distract customers, which was disappointing.
On the positive side, I love the location—right in the heart of Frontenac and a perfect spot to warm up during our visit.
Just a heads-up: there’s no washroom nearby, and they do not accept the Starbucks loyalty card.

The Starbucks below Château Frontenac is fantastic, easily one of the best Starbucks locations thanks to its incredible setting near the river. It’s the perfect spot to grab your favorite coffee, especially on a cold day, and enjoy the stunning views of the river and Old Town. However, I noticed the prices here seem higher compared to other Starbucks in Quebec City (though I’m not entirely sure). Also, the indoor seating area could be a bit cleaner. Overall, a great spot for coffee with an unbeatable view!

The staff was very impolite and barely working the whole time. There is no way they can work SLOWER. The employee forgot many items in my order and forgot to apply the discounts on the day old items, as they advertised. The staff were busier discussing their weekend shopping plans rather than making my simple black coffee, with few people in line. Very unprofessional attitudes, they sneak free drinks to the hotel’s workers and flirt with them :/ Grab your sweet treat elsewhere.

Ordered a drink here , specifically mentioned no whipped cream, but they added it anyway. The staff were not concerned about the long line of people waiting and we're chatting happily I understand it's a busy place with tourists but they took their time.

We ordered about 5 drinks, including 3 iced drinks with light ice, but we got the whole cup filled up with ice to the bottom even though light ice was mentioned on the cup. When we went back to them to ask about it a male staff(with a long beard) told us that they have to put this much ice no matter what and it is company policy. I told him this is not my first time buying a drink here and he just left the conversation. Totally unprofessional and rude. Do not recommend this locations whatsoever.

This Starbucks inside the Château Frontenac is very small and often crowded, which is probably because of the heavy tourism in the area. The staff was very friendly, and the selection is the usual Starbucks offer. There is some space to sit in front of the entrance, but it is quite limited.
Prices are much higher than in other Starbucks locations, also for the merchandise. If you do not have to, you can also skip this one.

Starbucks Fairmont in Quebec City is a great spot for a coffee break. The drinks are consistently well-made, and the quality is exactly what you expect from Starbucks. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always welcoming. The location is clean, cozy, and a nice place to relax or get some work done. Service is quick even during busy hours, and everything is well-organized. A reliable stop for great coffee and a comfortable atmosphere!

Very slow. Of 6 workers only 1 took orders and 1 made drinks. The rest were chatting and slowly refilling cups for 20 minutes.

Staff was quite rude when we couldn’t speak French. Charged for tap water and tax…
Usually I would give it a five stars but this location will NOT accept your loyalty stars.

I did not take any pictures because it was weird to record people, but the line goes out the door and the male cashier was the only one aware and tries to move the line quickly. The other cashier was not clocked in yet so she was having her Frappuccino in front of the customers with no consideration for the customers and there a long long line in a hot summer day. There was no management presence , and the male cashier was driving the process my hats off to him because he cared about the customers staying in line just for iced or hot coffee.

Staff were laughing together quite loudly the whole time while lineup of customers waiting. $17.75 for a single small breakfast sandwich and small bottle of orange juice is insane.
