A Starbucks like any other

The coffee preparations are really good! You quickly become addicted!

4:56 p.m. in front of the counter and I am refused for a filter coffee. Closing time is 5 p.m. right? The person in front of me ordered and I was the last one waiting. I am understanding of the situation but very ordinary given that it was not a complex order.

J'y suis allé mercredi le 13 décembre. J'ai attendu 22 minutes avant d'avoir mon café latté. Tous les autres drinks ont passés avant moi même ceux qui ont commandés 15 minutes après moi. Même un latté au lait d'avoine qui a été commandé 15 minutes après moi a été servi bien avant moi. Je suis allé les voir 3 fois et on m'a dit que c'est long de préparé un café. QUOI? Ça s'appelle Café Starbuck. Je leur ai dit que je n'ai jamais vu ça. Plus jamais de ma vie de vais allé à ce café qui a un très mauvais service.

Honnêtement, j'ai laissé bien trop de chance à ce starbucks qui manque fortement de compétences. Je suis une employée du laurier et, à CHAQUES fois, il y a quelque chose qui ne marche pas. Aujourd'hui, c'était pire que d'habitude. Il y a 3 personnes avant moi seulement. Je demande à la caissière si l'attente est longue (car elle l'est toujours) et elle me dit que ça prendrais 5 minutes au plus. Je commande un frappucino SANS café et me dirige vers le lieux d'attente. Il y a 5 employées derrière le comptoir et la plupart discutent et rient ensemble. J'attend au final 12 minutes pour ma commande, il n'y avait que très peu de saveur et, évidemment, du café. Je peux comprendre que la job est "dur" mais il y a un serieux manque de professionnalisme à cet endroit la. La prochaine fois, j'irai ailleur.
