I ordered via Uber eat while writing that I needed utensils because I am in an Arbnb type hotel and there are no utensils, it is 10:00 in the evening, no dinner yet and I have not no extra utensils my chicken skewer cost me $40.00

I have tasted several things and I have never been disappointed at se stratos everything is splendid and succulent the service is always good I highly recommend it the only negative point is that the room is a bit small

The Chef Plus pizza is definitely my favorite. Last time my daughter had a steak sub, I tried it and I liked it too. We ate there and the waitress was nice enough to offer to put my 2 slices of pizza that I had left in a box.
Several years ago I lived in Sainte-Foy and I always went to this restaurant to get a smoked meat poutine, if the quality has not changed over the years, it is an easy recommendation 5/5 .

There was a cook who was even young, he really wasn't good. service in a restaurant is very important and I was really disappointed. I even saw her talking with another customer/delivery person and it was even worse.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this pizzeria. The staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in. But what was even worse was the pizza itself - it was bland, dry, and lacked any real flavor. The crust was overcooked and tasted more like cardboard than crispy. For a place specializing in pizza, I expected a lot more. Unfortunately we will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately, on a few occasions I had burnt delivery orders, burnt bread sub, burnt poutine, really overcooked fries, I can't understand why a chef has the audacity to serve that to customers??? , as a result I order more from this place, although I love the food at Stratos which is 3 minutes from home....but now I go to Loretteville where the food is perfect after several visits. Just pocket that I no longer have the photos to show you...I called, they gave me a $5 discount but when it's 4 orders that I receive which you when I just good for thrown away in trash.

My partner and I often go there when Mobile Antidote coupons are available. Too bad the promotion hasn't returned for over a year... Since that time, we've been going there much, much less often :(

The pizza is always good at Stratos. The only thing I found annoying was that once I got there, the girl told me that we couldn't eat there during the last opening hour. It's not written anywhere, I was disappointed. But otherwise, satisfactory experience.

Terrible customer service. Your condescending attitude is not the way to talk to customers... I don't know who the guy was who did the service this Thursday, February 22, 2024 evening, but you have to learn to talk to customers.Context: we wanted to have a family dinner, it was 10 p.m., there were 7 of us. Then he told us in a really condescending tone, and while tapping points on the table, that he couldn't serve that many people (we were the alone in the restaurant), we hadn't even placed an order yet when he told us that he can't serve, that he's alone, that he can't cook... but don't worry about your restaurant if you You're not able to serve your customers! But the most shocking thing was the way he said it and made us understand that he didn't want us. ???
